Internship Overview

This societal internship addresses food insecurity in slum areas by combining awareness campaigns with direct action. Students will organize food drives, collect donations, and distribute meals to families in need. Beyond distribution, participants will engage in conversations with residents to understand the emotional and social impact of hunger. The program emphasizes nutrition education, teaching communities about balanced diets and affordable healthy food options. Students will reflect on their experiences, documenting challenges and potential solutions for long-term hunger reduction.
